the temple is open... 🌱

And just like that, sipping a chai in Italy overlooking the Apennines... I launched my first residential retreat!

Last year in December I was assisting Elaine Yonge at her Energy Journey retreat in Cyprus, and on the day I left I felt a deep knowing in my body that I was ready to host my own retreat.

After seven years of holding a lot of group spaces and hundreds of 1-1 sessions in both mentoring and hands-on bodywork, energy work & intimacy work, I've really started to hone in on what I'm specifically here to bring as a practitioner (and, yes, it has taken this long to land here!).

My unfolding happens at a rate I cannot control - sometimes, for years, it's slow, tender, quiet - and you'll find me travelling the world and lying on beaches rather than being in service to clients or groups.

And other times I am deep in a process of birthing, creating and doing – new ideas, new projects, courses, mentorships, sexuality and embodiment workshops.

The past year has been one of these times.

So the 4-day residential retreat I am launching feels a beautiful continuation of that...

I began sexuality work as a community leader, running The Lahlita Project for free and offering only pay-as-you-feel workshops on sexuality and intimacy - mainly aimed at a younger audience (18-30).

Making the transition to being a business owner & stepping into my worth has also been a slow and steady process (with lots of resistance from my anti-capitalist parts and my lil inner activist squatter)...

But understanding how to charge for what I do and live healthily and spaciously, so that I can really truly be in the best position to serve others and support others, has been essential.

So, when I left Elaine's retreat and was met with a very clear sign to book a retreat centre – I was like... okay, here we go, this is it.

When things feel right for me there isn't any umm-ing and ahh-ing, just a clear and direct movement towards the thing.

And well - this is what The Temple of Earth has felt like.

A sweet and simple yes to bring my flavour of support to the world, a flavour that centres the earth in our healing, that brings slowness and care into everything we do – and realigns sexuality and sexual energy as an essential part of life.

Without sexual energy / life force energy / creative power, we cannot vision a world where there is peace and freedom for all beings – we need to feel connected to ourselves at this fundamental level to harness our own power.

That's what this earth-based retreat is about.

& this incredible earth, that is our home, that is us.

When we tap into the transpersonal nature of connection & all of the incredible threads of life and aliveness that are woven through all things, we get access to so much more liberation and freedom in our own system - and in our understanding as our place here, as children of this earth.

More slowing, more subtleness, more dropping in.
