a free 75-minute class with evolutionary teachings on topics surrounding sexuality, relating, consciousness, eco-somatics, energetics & sensuality.

each class includes:

• a teaching / lecture on the week’s topic

• a short embodiment or somatic practice

• open q&a where you can ask anything
