a 6-month mentorship for queers, activists + authentic spiritual seekers to stop having shit relationships and reclaim sexuality as a path back to wholeness.

In the modern world we’ve been taught to ignore sexuality, push it down, layer shame and judgement on top of it and hide it away in the bedroom and in dark or forgotten corners of our mind.

But sexual energy is life force energy.

It’s how we as human beings create, not just babies, but new life, new dreams, new worlds.

If you’ve found yourself here, you’re no stranger to self-development, therapy and doing the work. But sexuality is still an area of your journey that feels confusing, complicated + even unexplored.

Lalitā Rasa offers the way.

Blending the earth-based wisdom of the British Isles with the Indian mystical path of Mahāyoga, this journey guides you to radically change your relationship with sexuality, pleasure and power in an unconventional, playful and radical way.

Through somatic practice, energy work, eco-queer exploration and authentic spiritual teachings, you are shown how to reclaim sexual energy as the seat of your power - stepping closer to liberation through pleasure, self-knowledge and full-body aliveness! Yum!

the Great Mother. The embodiment of ripe life force energy. Where the potential of consciousness meets the fullness of life. Lalitā is “she who plays”. She who rules over desire, pleasure and liberation all at once. She is the Divine experiencing itself.

Take a breath with me and slow down for a second.

Imagine yourself one year from now.

You wake up and the first thing you feel is you - whole, alive. You breathe, stretch, touch your skin. The anxiety or quiet hum of not-enoughness is nowhere to be seen. You feel glad to be alive.

​​With your hands on your skin, you feel your relationship with your body has changed. You don't see it as something to fix or ignore. Instead, you know what pleasure feels like and you prioritise it without shame. You know what you want. You know how to ask for it.

Sex - solo or with others - feels intimate, deep, real. You're not performing or checking out. You're really there, feeling everything. Sometimes it even feels like prayer.​

And your relationships? Oh mama. They've become a place for true spiritual growth. Your boundaries are clear and you express them with care. Saying no doesn't fill you with guilt. Saying yes feels exciting. The connections in your life value you, love you, see you.


You've created a life you feel passionate about. Your creativity blossoms. The earth beneath you knows your name. Where before there was a hole you were desperately trying to fill, now there is instead a deep knowing that you belong and you are worthy.

The Path

Laying the Foundations

We will explore:

  • A dreamy opening ceremony to set your intentions and open your personal erotic inquiry for the six months ahead

  • Who is Lalitā Tripura Sundarī and why she matters to this work

  • What is the erotic - and why it is so much more than sex

  • The Mahayoga Siddha lineage and the Celtic earth traditions - two rivers, one path

  • Nature as guru - how to receive the earth as teacher

  • An introduction to IFS parts work and how it supports erotic integration

  • Meditation and mantra practices to open and resource the body

  • The social and political context of sexuality - why this work is also activism

Logistics & Monthly Rhythm

The mentorship will run from November 2026 - April 2027.

Sessions will generally be held on Sunday’s at 10am - 12noon GMT. Exact times + dates TBD.

Each month of Lalitā Rasa includes: 

  • 2 x 2 hour classes (teachings + Q&A)

  • 1 x 1 hour embodiment class (practice, movement, ceremony)

  • 1 x 1.5 hour sharing circle


Sessions are held online via Zoom all recordings + course materials will be available on our community platform.

  • You are looking for a quick fix - this work requires commitment and practice, and asks you to show up for the full process

  • You are expecting a New Age 'neo-tantra' sex course - this work includes sexuality, but is ultimately about your relationship with life itself

  • You are looking for a couples course - this is a personal journey of integration. However, what you discover here will absolutely ripple out and support your relationships

  • You have significant unprocessed trauma around sexuality that you haven't yet begun to explore in a professional setting - this work goes deep, and having support around you is essential. If you would like that support from me directly, my 1:1 mentorship tiers are designed exactly for that

  • You are not yet ready to take full ownership of your experience, your emotions and your process - this work asks you to be accountable to yourself and your own journey

  • You aren't ready to get a little (or a lot) feral - this isn't all love and light. We will meet the shadow, the mess, the spit and the skin. The full complexity of being human is not just welcome here, it is the way

  • You have any internal issues with the existence of queer or trans folk

  • You are looking for something purely intellectual - this is embodied work, in the body, on the earth

Your Guide

Welcome! I'm so glad you made it here.
I'm Ria Hope (she/they) - sexuality and intimacy mentor, earth-based practitioner and devoted student of erotic aliveness.

I have spent the whole of my adult life committed to working with sexuality - supporting hundreds of people across the globe to reclaim their erotic aliveness, their bodies and their desire. This work is not something I do. It is something I am.

My approach is playful, grounded and deeply embodied - rooted in ancient wisdom and lived experience. I blend somatic practices, integrated energy work, conscious kink, yogic philosophy, nature ritual and queer theory to comprise a potent but accessible body of work.

I bring nine years of professional experience, thousands of hours of study and practice across multiple lineages, workshops + retreats across the world and a wholehearted belief that erotic liberation is one of the most powerful forces for collective healing on the planet.

I am a sapphic-leaning queer with a fluid and expansive relationship with gender. I don’t fit into the boxes and neither does my work. If you’re a weirdo with a big heart on the path of healing… welcome home.

Full Immersion
