Sometimes sharing your story and being heard can be a huge step in understanding and affirming your own experience. This is simply a space to be seen and explore exactly where you are right now.

As always there is never any pressure to share, and you are welcome to come along to simply listen.

The evening will include:

- A grounding meditation

- Self-enquiry exercises

- Journalling

- A chance to share

This is a queer-led space and aims to be welcoming of all humans, regardless of background, preferences or gender. If you have access needs or you feel some worries about whether this space is right for you please email me at riahopetherapies@gmail.com.

Accessibility: The space is accessible by wheelchair through the door, however the bathroom is up a small step of stairs. We want to make this space as accomodating as possible but also want to be realistic about what is possible in this space. Please get in touch to talk about your access needs.

Please bring any snacks you might like and anything else that might make your experience more comfortable. You may also want to bring a journal and a pen if you like to take notes.

Tickets are £14 and there are always 2 low-cost spaces available for those that need them. Please contact Ria if you would like to reserve one.
